Creators will be able to upload their content and publish it with fans able to pay in crypto, and tip in PurrX Token.
Overall Platform Revenue Streams:
Direct NFT sales (Creators & Platform) It can be a single NFT or a series of NFT’s sold on the platform.
Auction and bets (Creators & Platform fees) It can be a single NFT or a series of NFT’s sold on the platform.
Monthly subscription (Creators & Platform fees) Recurring monthly/yearly fees on generate during a (x) period.
Swapping coins and exchanges (Platform only) User and content creators will be able to exchange their token directly on the platform at any time at low fees.
White Labeling for producers and B2B (Platform only) Producers and content creators are going to be able to use PurrNFT infrastructure to put their own content under their own branding. They are going to be able to use our liquidity pool and stake digital asset as well.
Kick Back on future trades (Creators & Platform) This will generate passive incomes on all futures transactions as long as the market is growing in activity.
Publisher Price fees (Creators & platform) This will protect Publishers or marketers from buying NFTs at retail price. Corporations which want to buy NFTs for commercial uses will have to pay a premium on the regular price.
Tokenomics
Presale PurrNFT is set to launch its first presale on the 29th of November. The Presale which takes a two-week duration period ends on the 12th of December.
The number of tokens for sale during this period is 400,000,000 PNFT and the most tickets one can have is $100,000 (although the first 1000 winners get a $100 reward).
The cap is not close to 400,000,000 if the goal is reached before the 12 of December 2021. Once the target is reached the token price will increase to the price of the second presale.
The first presale sells at $0,0010 while the second presale sells at $0,0030. The Initial Coin Offering (ICO) goes for $0,0100.
Vesting
- Team Employees' tokens will be kept for six months after the ICO and redistributed over one year in equal shares.
- Presale’s investors tokens are going to be held for three (3) months after the ICO and redistributed over one year every quarter in equal pro rata shares. This will ensure transparency and prevent whale dumping.
- Same logic for the team and advisor, but their token are going to be held for a six (6) month period past the ICO
- Presale’s investor will have forever kick back of 0.01% on all platform revenue from the second year of the financial period.
